We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our India team. Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands how to manage both relationships and delivery, and can help turn strategy into seamless execution.

This role sits at the centre of client servicing and project delivery, helping ensure campaigns, content and partnerships are executed to the highest standard across multiple platforms and markets.

What you’ll be doing

Manage client relationships

  • Lead day-to-day communication with clients across projects and campaigns
  • Build strong working relationships through clear communication and proactive management
  • Support the smooth handling of incoming briefs, feedback and approvals

Drive delivery and execution

  • Oversee content planning, timelines and execution across accounts
  • Coordinate with internal creative, production and strategy teams to ensure deliverables are met
  • Help maintain a high standard of quality and consistency across all outputs

Support reporting and performance analysis

  • Assist with reporting, insights and performance tracking across campaigns
  • Help translate data and results into clear client-facing updates and recommendations
  • Monitor campaign performance and support optimisation where needed

Collaborate across teams

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to keep projects moving efficiently
  • Support campaign planning, scheduling and workflow management
  • Contribute to a collaborative and solutions-focused team environment

What you bring

A strong understanding of client servicing and delivery

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client servicing or project coordination
  • Experience working across content, social media or digital campaigns

A proactive and organised mindset

  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

An understanding of sport, entertainment and digital culture

  • Interest in sport, entertainment and audience behaviour
  • Understanding of social platforms, digital trends and content workflows
