Sports E-commerce Development Project Manager (Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Development:
- Lead the setup of the e-commerce infrastructure for a pilot sports x design sub-brand.
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement a basic business plan, including market analysis, marketing strategies, operational plans, and financial projections.
- Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, operations, and global staff, to leverage existing networks for design and sourcing.
- E-commerce Platform Development:
- Oversee the selection and implementation of scalable and user-friendly e-commerce platforms that integrate with inventory and social media channels.
- Ensure technology infrastructure supports online sales, live streaming, and auction capabilities.
- Product and Inventory Management:
- Assist in development of draft product range.
- Marketing and Content Strategy:
- Assist in strategies that leverage social media, content creation (live streams), and community engagement to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Identify and analyse relevant case studies to inform marketing and monetisation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in e-commerce development or retail operations.
- Familiarity with setting up e-commerce platforms and integrating social media strategies.
- Skills:
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to conduct deep, granular research.
- Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and break-even analysis.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, including social media integration and content creation.
- Technical proficiency with e-commerce platforms, data visualisation tools, and standard project management software.
- Communication:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
- Other Requirements:
- Proactive, innovative thinker with a passion for sports, design, and e-commerce.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
Working Conditions:
- Part-Time Role:
- Hours aligned with student visa requirements.
- Compensation:
- Hourly rate in line with the London Living Wage.

- Remote work with the requirement to attend occasional meetings in our London office (Zone 1).

- Active participation in weekly review and progress calls.
