Communications Manager

We’re looking for a Communications Manager to lead our internal and external communications strategy — someone who can help us tell our incredible global story and bring our brand to life across multiple formats and platforms.

This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll work closely with team members to shape our voice, grow our presence, and engage audiences inside and outside the business. From building media relationships to managing social platforms, you’ll be at the heart of how we communicate.

• コーポレート・コミュニケーション戦略の策定と実行
• チャネルやチームを横断して、社内外のコミュニケーションをリードする
• ソーシャルメディア（LinkedInなど）の管理および拡大
• 企業および業界の動向に関する定期的な洞察と最新情報の提供
• 関連メディアやステークホルダーと強い関係を築く
• チーム横断的なコラボレーションによるコンテンツ制作（ビデオ、テキスト、ビジュアル）

応募要件

• 企業広報または出版業界での勤務経験（動きの速い環境、スポーツやエンターテインメント関連の環境での経験が理想的
• ネイティブ・レベルの英語コミュニケーション・スキル
• 自信にあふれ、前向きで協力的なアプローチ
• ソーシャルメディア・プラットフォームやコンテンツのトレンドを熟知している
• スポーツとストーリーテリングへの情熱
