We’re looking for Graphic Designers to join our team in Mumbai and create engaging visual content for one of our cricket clients, people who understand the pace and emotion of sport, have a strong eye for design, and know how to create work that feels made for the platform and the moment.

From matchday graphics and player-led content to campaigns, announcements and reactive social, this role will help shape how the team shows up visually for fans every day.


What you’ll be doing

Create design that connects

  • Develop engaging visual content for digital and social media channels
  • Create matchday graphics, social posts, announcements, campaign assets and player-led content
  • Turn sporting moments, stories and ideas into strong visual narratives
  • Produce creative that captures attention while remaining consistent with the client’s visual identity

Design for the platform

  • Adapt creative ideas across different social platforms, formats and dimensions
  • Understand how design needs to work differently across feeds, stories and other digital environments
  • Apply strong typography, composition and visual hierarchy to every piece of content
  • Stay close to evolving design trends and social-first creative formats

Work at the speed of sport

  • Respond quickly to reactive and fast-moving briefs around matches and key sporting moments
  • Deliver high-quality creative within tight deadlines
  • Balance planned campaign work with real-time content requirements
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail even when working at pace

Collaborate across teams

  • Work closely with content producers, editors, account managers and strategists to bring ideas to life
  • Contribute creative thinking to brainstorms, campaigns and matchday planning
  • Take feedback constructively and translate it into effective creative solutions
  • Help maintain a consistent visual standard across all client output

What you bring

Strong design fundamentals

  • A strong understanding of digital design, typography, composition and visual storytelling
  • An eye for detail and the ability to turn ideas and information into compelling creative
  • Confidence adapting visual identities across different content formats without losing consistency

Digital and social experience

  • Experience creating design for digital and social media
  • Understanding of platform behaviours, formats and the way audiences consume visual content
  • Previous experience within sport or entertainment would be an advantage

Technical capability

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Confidence working across the tools and workflows required to deliver high-quality digital creative
  • Ability to prepare and adapt assets efficiently across multiple formats and platforms

The ability to execute

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and responding to changing priorities
  • Able to manage multiple briefs and deadlines simultaneously
  • Collaborative, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of creative work
  • A genuine interest in sport and an understanding of the energy and emotion that surrounds live competition
