We’re looking for a freelance Live Streaming Production Manager to join our India team, someone who can oversee live streaming operations, manage technical workflows, and keep productions running smoothly under pressure.

This role sits at the centre of live delivery, ensuring broadcasts are executed flawlessly across platforms through strong coordination, technical oversight and real-time problem solving.

What you’ll be doing

Manage live streaming operations

• Oversee the execution of live streaming productions across sport and entertainment projects
• Manage technical setups and ensure streaming workflows are prepared ahead of broadcasts
• Monitor live feeds during streams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted delivery

Coordinate teams and technical workflows

• Work closely with production crews, streaming teams and internal stakeholders during live broadcasts
• Ensure all technical and operational requirements are aligned before going live
• Support communication across teams to maintain efficient workflows throughout production

Troubleshoot in real time

• Identify and resolve technical issues quickly during live broadcasts
• Respond proactively to challenges in fast-paced live environments
• Help ensure streams maintain a high standard of quality and reliability throughout delivery

Drive consistency and execution

• Support smooth workflows across production and post-production stages
• Ensure live content delivery aligns with platform requirements and production standards
• Help maintain clear processes and operational efficiency across projects

What you bring

A strong understanding of live streaming and production workflows

• 2+ years of experience in live streaming, production management or broadcast operations
• Experience working across live digital productions and streaming environments

Technical confidence and problem-solving ability

• Comfortable managing technical setups and live streaming workflows
• Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and calmly under pressure
• Strong attention to detail during live broadcasts and delivery

An understanding of sport, entertainment and digital content

• Interest in sport, entertainment and live event environments
• Understanding of digital platforms, streaming formats and audience behaviour

A collaborative mindset

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable working across production, technical and creative teams in fast-paced environments
