We’re looking for a freelance Production Manager to join our India team, someone who can manage fast-moving productions, coordinate teams on the ground, and keep projects running smoothly from planning through to delivery.

This role sits at the heart of our production workflow, helping bring live broadcasts, content shoots and streaming productions to life with precision, organisation and calm execution under pressure.

What you’ll be doing

Manage live production delivery

• Oversee the execution of live streaming productions and on-ground shoots
• Coordinate production timelines, logistics and day-to-day workflows
• Ensure productions run smoothly across both live and recorded environments

Coordinate teams and stakeholders

• Manage communication between crews, talent, partners and internal stakeholders
• Support production planning and ensure all requirements are aligned ahead of delivery
• Act as a key point of coordination during production days and live events

Drive operational efficiency

• Help maintain smooth workflows across production and post-production stages
• Monitor schedules, deliverables and production requirements to ensure deadlines are met
• Troubleshoot challenges quickly and proactively during live environments

Support creative execution

• Work closely with producers, editors and creative teams to ensure content is delivered to the required standard
• Help ensure productions align with campaign goals and platform requirements

What you bring

A strong understanding of production workflows

• 2+ years of experience in production management, live production or content operations
• Experience supporting live streaming, broadcast or digital content productions

The ability to stay organised under pressure

• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts in fast-paced environments
• Calm, proactive approach to problem-solving during live productions

An understanding of sport, entertainment and digital content

• Interest in sport, entertainment and live event environments
• Understanding of digital production workflows and content delivery processes

A collaborative mindset

• Comfortable working across production, creative and operational teams
• Able to adapt quickly and support evolving production needs
