We’re looking for an Influencer Partnerships Manager to lead and scale our influencer talent network. This person will be responsible for identifying talent, managing relationships, securing brand opportunities, and driving revenue through strategic influencer-brand collaborations. You’ll play a critical role in building a strong influencer ecosystem aligned with our brand goals and culture.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Acquisition & Management
- Identify and onboard relevant influencers across categories for exclusive/non-exclusive partnerships.
- Build long-term relationships with influencers and their management teams.
- Maintain ongoing communication to understand their goals and support their growth.
Brand Collaborations
- Pitch influencer profiles to relevant brands and agencies for paid opportunities.
- Secure and negotiate brand deals that benefit both the influencer and the brand.
- Track campaign deliverables, performance, and ensure timely execution.
Strategy & Development
- Map influencer needs across our client brands and match relevant talent accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal brand and content teams to drive influencer-led campaigns.
- Spot emerging trends and identify new categories of influencers to work with.
Brand Relationship Building
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at potential partner brands.
- Position our talent pool as go-to creators for integrated brand storytelling.
What we’re looking for
- 4-6 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or brand partnerships.
- Deep understanding of influencer ecosystems across platforms.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- A network of influencer and brand contacts is a strong plus.
